Yes. We start with a clean-up, so everything after it is built on accurate numbers.
Can you connect our other apps?
Yes. Point of sale, payments, rostering and payroll. We connect what you already use and set it up so the data arrives in Xero correctly.
How do we send you bills and receipts?
Forward them or snap them into Hubdoc. They land in Xero, and we check each one before it’s posted.
Do you do monthly reports?
Yes, as an add-on to your monthly fee: profit, cash and the numbers that matter, against budget, and a conversation about what they mean.
Do you do our tax return?
No. We’re a registered BAS agent, not a tax agent. We look after your books, payroll and BAS, and work alongside your accountant, who prepares your tax return.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start, once we’ve seen your Xero file and how much comes through each week. Your package, and exactly what it includes, is set out in writing before we start.
