Keep HQ is a registered BAS agent (26216060). We prepare and lodge your BAS and IAS, and work alongside your accountant, who prepares your tax return.

Which payroll systems do you use?
Xero Payroll, Employment Hero and Deputy. Timesheets come from Deputy or the rostering app you already use.
How do we approve a pay run?
We send you a summary before anything is paid. You approve it, and it goes out.
Do you handle STP finalisation?
Yes. At the end of the financial year we finalise Single Touch Payroll, so your team’s income statements are ready for tax time.
Can you do long service leave?
Yes, including ACT portable long service leave returns for construction, contract cleaning, community sector and security businesses.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start, once we know your team and pay cycle. Your package, and exactly what it includes, is set out in writing before we start.
